Restaurant

Limu
Bagheria (PA)

The Limu restaurant, designed and built in one of Bagheria's most fascinating historic locations, is made special by the presence of Aspra tuff stone, which blends perfectly with the contemporary concept, elegant and understated in its furnishings. In one of the three dining rooms available to guests, spread across two levels, you can appreciate the restoration of an old fireplace that now serves as a wine cellar, as well as a second-floor terrace offering a unique view of the Arch of the Holy Trinity.
The restaurant seats 40 people and has a private room for dinners and small corporate events for 10, with direct access to the terrace. Limu's cuisine is fresh, authentic, and respectful of the raw materials. It's a cuisine that is simple both in terms of the number of ingredients and the techniques used to prepare the selected products. A simple yet rich style where the raw materials are prepared and the dishes designed to fully express the flavors of each ingredient. Chef Ferreri's sole objective is to enhance the best that nature has to offer. This is the true soul of Limu, which draws inspiration from Sicily, a fertile and generous land, for its dishes, and which seeks to extract "authentic flavor" through the techniques of international cuisine.

Nino Ferreri
Nino FerreriExecutive Chef
Antonino Ferreri, born in 1989, known to his friends as Nino, is a young chef from Trabia, in the province of Palermo. A love of good food is a family value in the Ferreri household. From there, he began a professional career in leading restaurants in Italy and abroad, where, in addition to learning the art, he developed his gourmet soul. Opening a restaurant is a new beginning for Nino: the restaurant, designed and built in one of the most fascinating historic sites in the city of Bagheria, just meters from the Arch of the Holy Trinity, also known as the Arch of the Eternal Father, revives the charm of the Ferrante Tower, a building dating back to 1565 and one of seven that served to defend the city in the 16th century.
