Limu's cuisine is fresh, authentic, and respectful of the raw materials. It's a cuisine that is simple both in terms of the number of ingredients and the techniques used to prepare the selected products. A simple yet rich style where the raw materials are prepared and the dishes designed to fully express the flavors of each ingredient. Chef Ferreri's sole objective is to enhance the best that nature has to offer. This is the true soul of Limu, which draws inspiration from Sicily, a fertile and generous land, for its dishes, and which seeks to extract "authentic flavor" through the techniques of international cuisine.
